Hi Mental Forums,

I would like to say hello to the site. It makes me so happy to see a forum dedicated to such an important issue as mental health. I don't know how long it has been up and running, but I hope that more of those with mental health issues will discover the site.

I'm 24, have bipolar type II and anxiety disorder.
