My name, obviously enough. is The Melody of Rain; although I'd prefer people to call me Melody. I consider myself a self cured ex-anxiety and depression sufferer. For six years I had a disorder comprised of both, and (approaching) two months ago, I began to get better. Nice to meet you all :)

Much appreciated. I'll linger about in the shadows and emerge if I spy anyone in need of advice. Personally I believe anxiety is a psychological state thats completely mentally made and can be completely conquered in your own mind either by the self or by the self with a little outside influence - which I can provide.

I would like to talk with you sometime, I agree with it being a psychological state, if only I could conquer it, it'd make my life a lot easier.

I'm working on it, but yeah, it's anxiety.

If you look at my thread 'COMPLETELY CURED' on anxietyforum.net it'll give you an idea of how I came to curing myself, and if you've any questions you can ask away. I will always have time to help current sufferers out of this complete hell. I'll post a thread with advice within the next week for you people, perhaps next thursday/friday at the very latest.
