Default think about ...

hello everyone !
Think about what would be more useful to believe. Take up a new hobby or interest, like learning a foreign language, or playing chess. When you do this you will be exercising one of the most important muscles in your body - your brain, and it has been shown in lots of research that when you exercise your brain regularly, the effects pay off throughout your whole life.

May I extend my welcome to you. Interesting link. I can see why some people do not achieve their full potential, which is, of course, a great shame. Exercising the brain does indeed lead to a better life.

I play tons of online multiplayer video games, and this vastly exercises my brain. It increases my reaction times and overall focus. Not to mention it makes me happy.

I play strategy computer games myself, such as Total War, Command and Conquer and Age of Empires.
